Busy, as usual...

March through April...

Once again, we've been busy. I feel like I am always starting my conversations with some variation of that phrase. Oh well..

March was a lot of fun. We celebrated St. Patty's with friends. St Pattricks day has always been my favorite holiday, more so now since it's the day I met Priscilla.

We took off to Temecula for a weekend get-away. We stayed at the Embassy Suites, and I got us the master suit... the one with the huge jacuzzi in the room. We had a fantastic romantic dinner and slept in total comfort in the gigantic room back at the Embassy... after playing in the hot tub with Jorry. What a blast. We were tired from our boat ride earlier that day, also.

The next day was spent shuttling around the various wineries in the valley and tasting wines. We ended up coming home with a case or two of some nice wine.

The day after we got back we got word from P's dad that he was flying into Long Beach for a quick overnight so once again we hopped in the Xterra and drove up to LA to meet up with Grandaddy for some dinner.

Priscilla had surgery a few weeks later. She's recovering well, now. My mom and dad were awesome and took some time out of their busy lives and come stay with us for two weeks to help P out so she could heal up and get well. They were an enormous help to us. It's a wonderful thing to have family you can count on to be there for you when you need them most. Mom, Dad... I'm so blessed to have you guys. You're both so dependable. I don't know how we'd have made those two weeks without you here.

Easter was a whole lot of fun. Just look at some of those pictures... Jory got a TON of stuff. It was almost like having Christmas.

As for me, I'm busy working every day at my job. It's great.

I hope you all enjoy the new posted pics.

Giggle time with Grandaddy.

This was unbelievable... Jory has NEVER fallen asleep in anyone else's arms but Mama's. Grandaddy must have had lots of practice with 3 little girls of his own.

It is so fun to sit in Grandaddy's lap and play with his big cool watch...!

Wine Country in the background with a snow-capped peak.

J loves being on top of the world.

Hmmm. I am turning into a prune, mama.

Jory loved the hot tub!

Our little one always her eye on the booze... wine sampling in Temecula.

Ahoy there, Captain of the Ghetto Boat and his First Materess.

Snooze time on the way to Wine Country.

Notice the blonde hair... guess Daddy's genes aren't so strong after all! Jory loved the ghetto boat ride. We putted around for several hours.

Here is a real estate bargain for your money... wine country special deal!

Daddy's little girl... too cute for words.

Play time with Uncle Jeffrey. She and we are sad to see him off to HI. We remember many fond and fun times and wish him the best with his new wife as he begins the next chapter of his life...

Jory finds her tongue

I'm cute and I know it!

Uh oh... she's definitely got Irish blood in her... and maybe just a little Texan, too.
